Rhonda Miller, a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, is the Head of Leadership and Organisational Development at Pilat HR Solutions. She has over twenty years of leadership development experience across diverse cultures. Working with senior managers on individual, team, and organisational levels, Rhonda is particularly interested in addressing organisational effectiveness issues around transition, and the development of the individuals and groups that make up the organisation. Her work involves helping organisations develop and implement change strategies that will lead both to improved organisational effectiveness and increased employee satisfaction. Rhonda has worked with numerous clients in a wide range of industries. She has worked as a senior-level in-house advisor in a number of HR management/business psychology roles in manufacturing, utilities and government organisations. She has also worked as an external consultant for over fifteen years working with and coaching organisational leaders on change management, leadership development and talent management. Rhonda has lectured on post-graduate courses in organisation development and change management at Fordham University in New York and currently teaches the postgraduate advanced certificate programme, The Psychology of Organisational Development and Change for the CIPD. She is a dual US/UK citizen and has worked around the world with global organisations. She is currently based in London.
