Bettina is passionate about helping leaders and individuals increase their performance at work and achieve their life goals through coaching and action learning. She uses a variety of methodologies and tools including MBTI I & II, NLP, personal coaching, team coaching and targeted skill improvement interventions.

She has over 15 years international consultancy experience in employee engagement, business transformation (focus on finance and HR transformation), change management and performance management in the private and public sectors.

Consultancy inevitably requires a high level of competency in programme management, facilitation and leadership as well as an ability to manage competing priorities. Bettina has demonstrated these consistently throughout her career. The team sizes she has managed (direct reports) on projects ranged from 2 to 30 people. She is highly culturally aware having successfully created and led diverse programme teams in most major European countries and the US.
