We are currently reviewing how we manage resourcing requirements within our Finance teams during peak times such as month & period end. It is currently managed via a flexi-time policy which is working well for Finance shared services but not as well for the remainder of the finance teams.

We would be keen to learn how you manage Time Off In Lieu, over time, any additional hours worked, time off for study etc. We are more than willing to share our current flexi-time practice with you.
