Sarah Perman

Sarah Perman is Director of the TUC Partnership Institute. She is responsible for the strategic operation of the Institute, liaison with clients, and leading the development of the TUC’s partnership agenda. Sarah has worked for the TUC for six years and was previously responsible for TUC policy on skills, training and lifelong learning. Before joining the TUC, she worked as a media and policy specialist for organisations in the voluntary sector.

Véronique Duvergé

Véronique Duvergé is Project Manager for the TUC Partnership Institute. She joined the TUC Partnership Institute in September 2000 and is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the project. Prior to this, she was PA to the Head of the TUC’s Economic and Social Affairs Department. Before coming to the TUC, Véronique worked in the public, voluntary and private sectors.

Linda Kelly

Linda Kelly is Director of the TUC National Education Centre (NEC) in North London, the TUC’s residential training facility for affiliated trade unions. Linda is a consultant and trainer with substantial experience of organisational development and change management. She has managerial responsibility for the TUC Partnership Institute which is based at the NEC, and liaises with clients on consultancy and training projects.

Ian Borkett

Ian Borkett is Director of Consultancy and Training with the TUC Partnership Institute. He leads the Institute’s training strategy and is responsible for the development of training programmes for unions and managers in skills for partnership. He liaises with clients on a range of consultancy and training projects. Ian previously worked for the TUC National Education Centre as an adviser for trade unions on Investors in People and as a trainer, specialising in strategic management.
