Hi,
I have a member of staff who has come to me saying that she is upset with the way her supervisor speaks to her. She says its been going on a while, but doesn’t want to make a complaint. When I probed her about what exactly it was that the manager had said, she couldn’t give me any specifics, said that it was about tone of voice, but couldn’t act it out to me.
I am worried clearly about allegations, but I can’t see what I can go on here. She says that two others feel the same, but won’t speak out. My problem is that the one that does can’t give me anything to investigate and doesn’t want to make it formal and refuses to have a facilitated conversation with her supervisor.

Any ideas?!
Thanks!

Helen
