Stephen joined the Oxford Group in 2016 as a Principal Consultant.
Previously, Stephen has been responsible for the transformation of Training for Pfizer with teams across Europe. Most recently Stephen led the transformation of Commercial Operations ‘global’ client facing model and change programmes.
Stephen’s experience extends across a range of high profile projects and clients including The Children’s Trust, ED&F Man, Gilead, Novartis, Legal & General, Rabobank, Johnson Press, Sainsbury’s and William Hill.
Stephen has previously worked for Reckitt Benckiser, Warner Lambert & Pfizer in a variety of sales and account management roles, before moving into L&D. He has managed Business Units in FMCG and launched an industry recognised and award winning Pharmacy Strategy; Stephen has subsequently managed HR, L&D, Training and Commercial Operations in the UK and Europe.
Stephen’s passion and expertise lies in culture change, innovation, and helping leaders and their teams succeed spanning across Virtual and Cross Cultural Leadership, High Performing Teams, Team Effectiveness and Group Facilitation.
