I am skilled and experienced in all aspects of operational HR including but not restricted to recruitment and induction; policy development; day to day and complex employee relations issues; performance management; talent development; employee engagement & wellbeing; identifying needs and developing, delivering and evaluation of a wide range of delivery methods including classroom, web-based, and 1-1 development that will motivate and progress learners.
