As an award-winning writer, training and communications professional, Sarah has designed, written and delivered face to face training courses and e-learning as well as providing consultancy for some of the world’s biggest brands across multiple business sectors. Her early career saw her set up and manage a marketing team at BBC Worldwide and develop creative solutions and proposals for the corporate division of Endemol, the world leading creator, producer and distributor of multiplatform entertainment.
In 2012, Sarah started working with HOME Fundraising - the largest commercial employer of fundraisers in Europe - to build upon and deliver their internal leadership programme.
The leadership programme is based on a unique self-development and leadership model originally developed by Neil Hope and more recently in partnership with Sarah and colleague Ian Langton.
The thinking in this model has formed the foundation for all the tools and thinking that Wisdom Fish - a consultancy which puts mindfulness at the heart of individuals, teams and organisational culture - have to offer.
