Rob is a business psychologist, specialising in organisational development and change. As Director of People Science for the People Experience Hub, his purpose is to help organisations to transform the employee experience and unlock business performance.
A Chartered Psychologist and Association Fellow of the BPS with experience in business change, organisational development and operational HR leadership, Rob supports clients to ask better questions, develop insights from their data, and to design and implement strategies that will meaningfully impact performance; by building resilience, agility and engagement.
Outside of work Rob is a proud husband and father to two teenagers who enjoys competing in swimming and water polo.
