Philippa leads the R&D team at a&dc, managing a team of psychologists and software developers to deliver innovative assessment and development solutions.  Philippa believes passionately in the value of psychological research to inform and produce effective, engaging and evidence-based tools.

Philippa’s main interests lie in applying research evidence and new technology to find better ways to meet clients’ assessment and development needs. Her particular areas of interest include multimedia simulations, Situational Judgement Tests, Virtual Assessment Centres, and assessments of cultural fit and resilience. Philippa draws on scientific research to inform her work, and has written numerous articles and presented at conferences on a variety of topics.

Philippa is Chartered Psychologist, Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and is Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.  Prior to joining a&dc in 2007, Philippa was a Senior Consultant at QinetiQ Ltd.
