Having founded ESPHR in 2003, CEO Pete is strategically focused on helping HR and ER professionals transform their employee relations (ER) capabilities and drive real commercial change within their organisations.
Developing a forward-thinking team – that specialises in commercial, business-focused employment law advice and innovative ER technology solutions – ESPHR supports household brands including Greene King, GVC Holdings and Randstad.
With over 30 years’ experience in designing and building service-based corporate businesses and products, founder Pete continues to challenge the status quo – driving ESPHR to become one of the first integrated ABS employment law firms and ER technology businesses in the UK.
Outside of work, Pete is a keen cyclist and once sailed across the southern Indian Ocean in a yacht race from Durban to Perth.
