Paul Chau has made a big step into opening up a Supercheap Storage franchise with 2 of his best friends   Angelo and Chad. Having moved from China, his parent s impressed on him the importance of doing something with his life that he could be proud of. And from a young age, it was his dream to make it big in a business where he could call the shots. It wasn’t difficult to make the decision to start his own franchise with Supercheap Storage when he heard about the amazing opportunities that this revolutionary method of self storage presented to the community.

Supercheap Storage has definitely a storage solution that has been rocking Australia for the past few years and Paul will be bringing this amazing solution into Perth to help residents to have access to an amazingly convenient and affordable storage solution. And right at your doorstep, Supercheap Storage will help you with an amazing storage experience, just wait and see!

If people love the work that they're doing, it's sure to show in the work they do every day. And what shoes on their faces and attitudes will reflect on the customers too - customers are obviously going to prefer to want to talk to people who are happy and helpful than those that are grouchy and unhelpful. It's really all about knowing how to increase the whole experience from the inside to out!

I am not trying to say that I'm not supportive of businesses offering such services to its employees, but I think it's rather akin to having a confessional box in the office. I believe everyone has their very own perception of themselves or a mirage of what they think others perceive them to be. Some of these perceptions could be dangerous as they might hurt our self-esteem and cause us to hold our real potential back. It needs real courage to crawl out of our shells and realize our true ability in any field that we wish to pursue.

I am really just waiting to see how the Block Chain technology can be developed to help businesses. I mean we already see it used extensively in the financial industry, but I think we all can benefit from it if it's developed properly.

Considering the nature of my work, I actually think that a lot of these different components of employee well being is very applicable in our situation! A lot of my self storage employees have to do heavy lifting every once in a while, and it's important to make sure that they know the management cares for them, especially when it comes to customer service disputes and disagreements! It's really all about a good balance between being their boss and being their friend such that we can establish a good co-operative working relationship at the office!
