Nick studied leadership at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, graduating with the Agar Memorial Prize for best Officer Cadet commissioning into the Royal Signals. During his military career, he coached and led teams of over 100 in the delivery of IT Service Management and Project Management, in operations across 3 continents. Since joining PA Consulting, he has helped public sector organisations address the business change challenges associated with some of their most complex cyber security problems, specialising in the planning and implementation of training strategy. He particularly enjoys looking for ways to help business users uncover the operational benefits of technical developments.
