Melisa Waters is Managing Director and Group Head of Culture, Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion for AXA Group, based in Paris.

Ms. Waters is responsible for setting policies and practices that help in creating a great place to work for all employees. These employee experiences and stories are then amplified into the marketplace to help attract talented candidates to AXA.

Ms. Waters is a senior member of the Human Resources leadership team helping drive the HR strategy to ensure that it is aligned with business priorities. She plays a key role in contributing to the developing and executing business-aligned people solutions.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Waters was at AXA US in New York for 9 years where she was responsible for talent management practices including the acquisition of talent, key talent processes such as succession planning and identification of future leaders, and the development of talent.
