The author of Leading for Growth, Melanie is particularly passionate about developing proactive leaders and managers who support their teams to take ownership and deliver excellence. 

Melanie loves working with Entrepreneurs and CEO’s helping them to grow and scale their operations by providing bespoke HR Support and Advice.  In 2014 she created Eden Mayers HR Consulting to help her clients to deliver their passion, knowing that their People Management is in safe hands or as Melanie calls it "Keeping Them Out Of HR Trouble".
