Matt Norbury is CEO and Founder of IAT Ltd - home of Each Person and epoints - a tech company that helps companies better connect with their customers and employees. Matt has secured over £20 million funding for the company, has assembled a brilliant team, and has a growing number of major clients.

Prior to IAT Ltd, Matt founded his first startup whilst still at school which was the first contact management product for consumers. The company used mobile technology (in 2002) to help connect consumers to their friends and at just 18, Matt raised £250,000 investment to launch the company.

Each Person is a reward and recognition scheme, fuelled by the epoints currency. It helps businesses connect better with employees, by enabling them to show appreciation in a positive and engaging way.

With Each Person, employees can recognise each other with ecards (digital thank you cards), and can attach the epoints currency as a special reward. epoints can be spent on the widest range of rewards in the world, and each product is priced at 10% the retailer’s price - always.
