Worked as a fitness instructor since 1998.  Specialist in back care, mental health and cancer rehabilitation.  Been commissioned by Age UK Leeds, Prostate Cancer UK, Breast Cancer Care and others to deliver Can Ability programmes, Cancer-Related Fatigue, healthy lifestyle workshops

Now employed as a Macmillan Professional running "Working with Cancer" occupational health programme based in Leeds
