Karen Liebenguth is an accredited mindfulness trainer, mindfulness supervisor, certified coach and facilitator
She works with private and corporate clients to foster personal and professional development, self-leadership and mental resilience.
Karen offers tailored coaching and mindfulness programmes for the workplace including introductory sessions to mindfulness, online mindfulness training for leaders as well as corporate retreat days. She has trained with Breathworks UK and has done further extensive training in mindfulness for the workplace at the Oxford Mindfulness Centre.
She set up Green Space Coaching & Mindfulness in 2008 to offer coaching while walking in London’s parks and green spaces tapping into the benefits nature has on our psychological, emotional and physical well-being. She believes that it is in nature where reflection, insight and change can happen most naturally.
Karen is an associate mindfulness teacher and supervisor with Breathworks UK and a member of the Association for Coaching.
Karen follows the Good Practice Guidelines set out by the British Association for Mindfulness Based Approaches (BAMBA).
Karen has worked with clients such as HR Zone, Kew Gardens, Deloitte, GAMA Healthcare, The Royal Town Planning Institute, Ford, Adam & Eve Communications, Unison, Trades Union Congress (TUC), NHS Innovation Fund, Here East Olympic Village, The City Centre (Corporation of London), Working Well Trust, CNWL NHS Foundation Trust, Aromatherapy Associates, K Benchmark, Collinson, Chobham Academy and others.
