There are a number of great ways to do this.
Have you linked the behaviours to a psychometric tool or have any behaviour and value cards? These cards can be used as a discussion point.
Or a mix of - picturising what the behaviour means to them, words associated with that behaviour and the Stop, Start, Continue model.
An unconference is great for a large audience - people will be attracted to the one they have most opinion or feel most passionate about.
