Julie is a highly experienced Principal Consultant working in OE Cam’s Organisation Development practice.

As a Business Psychologist, Julie leads projects to help clients improve the effectiveness of individuals, teams and organisations through re-designing, implementing and evaluating new target operating models – considering the implications for leadership behaviours, decision making and management processes.

Julie has a particular interest in the use of communication and stakeholder buy-in as levers of successful change. She has extensive experience delivering cultural transformation and working with senior executive teams to communicate insights from employee engagement surveys. Her work has included bringing organisations’ values to life and embedding new ways of working to support the delivery of strategic priorities.

She was part of a 2020 European wide research project into Agile Organisations and is a qualified scrum master.
