Jo Maddocks is Chief Psychologist at Talogy. Jo is on a mission to improve working lives by boosting people’s Emotional Intelligence (EI).

Having worked as a business psychologist for more than 25 years, tackling a vast range of issues across numerous sectors and age groups, Jo knows that better EI leads to improved individual and business performance – and happier, healthier lives. 

Jo has compelted his Doctorate in the psychology of EI and psychometrics. He has become one of the UK’s leading experts in EI and is the author of Emotional Intelligence at Work: How to make change stick. Jo also has a special interest in how improving EI can help build resilience.
