Evelina is a neuroscientist, psychologist and organisation development consultant on a mission to redefine how we approach wellbeing and mental health.

As a founder of Elite Mind consultancy, Evelina uses brain-based approaches to challenge the way organisations think and act, helping them to design healthier workplaces, develop responsible leadership and drive purposeful innovation.

As a Co-founder of Elite Mind Academy, Evelina aims to bring the latest research in mental health, wellbeing and behavioural science to people-serving professionals, to equip them with practical tools, business strategy and technological innovation to make a lasting impact.

Her personal journey of building a new life in a foreign country where she has arrived without even speaking the language, recovery from tumour and burnout, and building thriving business while studying and raising a child as a single mother, is an inspiring example of resilience, leadership and personal growth, with her story often shared on stages worldwide.

Orginally from Lithuania, country with one of the highest suicide numbers in the world, Evelina spent her life studying in search for answers to what makes some people thrive under the same circumstances and environments where others struggle.

Despite increasing awareness of wellbeing and mental health, strategic tools for lasting change are still missing in organisations. Evelina's work fills that gap, effectively blending neuroscience research, therapy, performance coaching and strategy consulting.

In her therapeutic practice, Evelina specialises in trauma, affective disorders, chronic stress and psychosomatic illness.

Evelina's academic qualifications include:

  • MSc in Psychology & Neuroscience of Mental Health
  • Ba(Hons) International Relations
  • L7 Organisational Design & Development
  • L5 Learning & Development
  • L3 in Teaching and Assessing
  • Cognitive, Social & Developmental psychology
  • L4 in Leadership and Management

As well as many other certifications in coaching, psychotherapy, CBT, hypnotherapy, NLP, mindfulness, holistic health and suicide prevention.

Evelina worked with Pret A Manger, Hilton Hotel, Europcar, Vue cinema, SEB Group, Screwfix, Care UK, Inomed, Pinewood studios, Wiley, David Lloyd Leisure, RB, Thames Valley fertility and many other national and international companies.

Evelina is a guest lecturer at several universities, and is an owner of Purpose lense content for leadership summer schools at the British Retail Consortium (endeavour that led to her being known as Mrs Purpose accross retail and hospitality sectors).

Evelina is a mentor to entrepreneurs and purpose-driven startups, she's a fellow at Startup Leadership Program, and alumni of Zinc VC.

She is currently developing a new accreditation - Coaching for Mental Health L5 and L7 programmes - a new standard for redefining support ecosystem in organisations.
