Perhaps Andrew Saffron might educate himself on dyslexia and Asperger syndrome. This is the talent pipeline that is being discriminated by the HR profession, all because of the lack of education.
Standardised competency questions discriminate against the dyslexic population. That is 20% of the population or 1 in 5. People with Asperger's and dyslexia think differently and do things differently. HR need to wake up to this because they are denying their organisation huge opportunities.
