Strategic. Creative. Fresh thinking. Fun. Carla advances organizations to new levels by creating clear, distinctive and effective internal brand strategies and communications programs that deliver outstanding targeted business results.

Inspired by the intrinsic value of Arthur W. Page’s idea that “A company’s true character is expressed by its people,” Carla builds high-performance internal cultures of commitment through compelling, research-based strategic communications that drive targeted business results, particularly during organizational change. As a tested source of leadership, she is experienced in consumer products, B2B, healthcare and the not-for-profit industry sectors.

She is known for her unique approach by finding common ground among diverse constituents, building differentiated, credible and market-relevant internal brands, and bestowing a positive and energetic spirit through behavior and communications.

Carla has worked for numerous industry leaders and has served in senior level communications positions at Johnson & Johnson, Hill & Knowlton and Burson-Marsteller.

Carla participates in the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) and the National Association of Female Executives (NAFE). She has served on the boards for a wide range of community service and cultural organizations such as the Pro Arte Singers in greater New York City, Common Ground of Southeastern Wisconsin and the Working Writers of Wisconsin.
