Ben is a Research Consultant in YSC's London office, having joined the firm in January 2015. He works in the Research/Insights Team. Ben has a particular interest in the areas of Team Working and Authentic Leadership. He is responsible for a range of data analytics and leadership insights across multiple industries including Financial Services, FMCG and Pharma. He recently conducted an evaluation of a global leadership development programme for a multinational FTSE20 Bank which was shortlisted for an Association of Business Psychologists award in Talent Development. He is also responsible for validating and developing some of our core intellectual property and has written on a range of topics from leadership in the retail industry, the validity of different selection methods and the power of international experience.

Do you have any thoughts on how workplace-conflict fits into your theme of not hiring for cultural fit? And is it that some base level/cut-off of EQ in employees mitigates any potential conflict?
