The trainer Derek ‘Bex’ Freeman has completed 2 years studying for a Postgraduate Teaching Diploma in Mindfulness Based Approaches at the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice (CMRP}, Department of Psychology, University of Bangor, and is pursuing ongoing studies towards a Master’s Degree in Mindfulness Based Approaches, thus retaining strong links with a community of professional practice around the CMRP,which includes supervision through the University from Pam Erdmann who helped to pioneer Mindfulness based approaches to wellbeing at the  Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care, and Society at the University of Massachusetts.
