I’ve seen up-close how resolving conflict changes lives, elevates performance and transforms working relationships. As a workplace mediator, executive coach and conflict consultant, I help to minimise the stress, wasted time, money and energy that conflict inflicts on individuals and teams, and instead channel those resources towards a healthier organisational culture.

In 2007, I co-founded Consensio with Alexandra Efthymiades to build conflict resilient organisations and improve employee well-being through mediation, leadership development, conflict resolution training, coaching and online tools. We have partnered with the UK government on ground-breaking mediation pilots and our clients include large corporates, the public sector, SMEs, charities and NGOs.
