Amy is founder and CEO of Headtorch, an organisation that aims to enable people to feel good and be more productive at work.  Headtorch creates and delivers dramatic stories in live learning & development sessions and in dramatic e-learning, namely Headtorch WORKS.  Developed in collaboration with the University of Glasgow, the programme focuses on how our attitude, behaviour and communication impact on our colleagues' mental health and well-being at work.  An original drama drives the learning, observing worst and best practise.

Amy’s background is in drama, education, business, mediation and coaching.  She fuses these skills and with intense research ensures that the work delivered is relevant, engaging and accessible.  Amy has worked with a wide range of organisations including PepsiCo UK & Ireland, Healthy Working Lives Scotland, the Scottish Institute of Business Leaders, the NHS and Crossrail.
