I am currently developing a in house mentoring scheme. Established employees will receive training and provide a mentoring service to young(16-24) trainee with the organisation and the local community. I would like to offer mentors the opertunity to be recognised for thier skill. I would like to do this should be done be accreditation rather that an extensive training programme. I understand thier is a cambridge certificate, but do not have any detail. If you have further details or alternatives please let me know.

There is an NVQ level 3 equivalent qualification available. I mentor with final year school pupils and as part of the programme we are able to take this cert. I will get details on Wednesday. email or call me later in the week on 0161 875 0103.
