I have some examples
Send me your address via email. I have some papwer copies that i have gathered over the years that I’d be happy to share.
Anything is useful if you get some consistency from several interviews as a result of using them.
My best tip ? Get a digital camera and take a digital photo of each candidate as a reminder. Just seeing their face again helps you to remember a lot about them.
