The Government released a final draft of the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Business Regulations for comment on 1 February.
An explanatory commentary detailing the main changes to draft regulations issued for consultation in May 1999 is also available.
The Regulatory Impact Assessment has also been updated.
