Clocks go forward this weekend

British Summer Time begins at 1 am on Sunday 25 March, when the clocks should be put forward one hour at 1 am Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).

Summer Time will end at 2 am on Sunday 28 October, when clocks should be put back to 1 am GMT.

British Summer Time arrangements for the year 2002 will be as follows:

Summer Time begins on 31 March and ends on 27 October.
