I am compiling a report on absence management in the food and drink manufacturing industry to complete my CIPD studies. I have sent out a questionnaire to a number of food and drink manufacturers and have had a poor response. Try Scottish Enterprise
Scottish Enterprise did some work on this a couple of years ago as they used absence reduction as a key parameter of success in relation to uptake of VQs
