U.S. based website Business Week Online has published an article reporting on research that online recruitment activity across the pond still has much to learn.
The basic tennet of the argument is that businesses just don’t do enough to encourage recruitment through their own websites, and indeed make it difficult for potential employees to find out about the company, job availability, or to submit C.V.s.
Has anyone conducted such a survey over here, I wonder?
