Question:"One of my employees is a disabled person who has been off sick for several months and has now exhausted his contractual sick pay entitlement. Because he is disabled do I have to continue to pay sick pay?"

You need do this only if you failed to make reasonable adjustments to the working environment to enable the employee to work.
