Agresso Salary Review heading to HRSS

pp_default1

Agresso’s new module is to be unveiled at this month’s HR Software Show. Jon Wilcox reports.

HR and payroll software specialist, Agresso, has announced it is to showcase its Salary Review module at the HR Software Show (HRSS), taking place at London’s Olympia Conference Centre on 17 and 18 June.

According to Agresso, the module (a fully-integrated online solution within its range of HR products), "acts as a link for the different administrative areas covered by payroll and human resource management, by providing a tool for streamlining the regular process of negotiating and setting new salaries".

Agresso developed the module in response to a request from an Australian customer, together with regulatory requirements in Sweden. Tess Summers, HR & Payroll consultant for Agresso, explained to HRZone.co.uk some of the module’s virtues: "The salary mod was released in Feb, it’s fairly new and that is why Agresso is making these presentations [including at the HRSS] to get the message across. We need to say to businesses ‘do you really want to make redundancies and lose those skilled workers?’ [After all], the economy will recover."

Summers added: "By using the Salary Review tool you can see what the best practice is for you."

Besides allowing HR specialists the ability to deploy the tool to frontline managers to use, the module is also fully compliant with current anti-legislation, ensuring the employees are treated fairly and consistently across the company. Summers explained the cost of the module is dependent on the size of the organisation looking to deploy it, but in general is in the region of £10,000.
