HRZone's Culture Pioneers is an initiative that encourages UK organisations to share their stories of culture change during a period of unrivalled disruption.
Launched last year, in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, our mission is to spread positivity, celebrate progressive change spearheaded by HR, and inspire others within the profession to transform their organisation's culture.
In the initiative's first year, we received over 50 submissions from organisations across a wide range of industries – including food production, hospitality, construction, technology and charity sectors. Our Culture Pioneers Ambassadors have selected 11 stand-out stories for us to showcase and celebrate.
