Great post
Always love a good infographic. This is really quite insightful in showing what most workers want from their managers. Problems can often be though when within your team, you have employees who respond better to different styles of managing. Being fair is a quality that one can really be against, however some employees may want you to be really hands on and some prefer to be more independant. However, this is one of the challenges of being a good manager.
