The point about HR departments acting as messengers for the company's corporate strategy is very important because if HR departments are not able to communicate effectively, targets and goals set by higher ups as well as the values and culture of the organisation cannot be properly filtered down to teams of employees.
Most business owners are not good professionals management qualifications and hence a procedure to develop a Management group and use outsourcing for most factors of business Management to it becomes compulsory.
