Employee engagement is now well embedded within many organisations’ HR activities. But how does your company’s engagement agenda stand up against others? Take part in our survey and receive must-know insights from our follow-up report.

Continuing on from our state of the nation research on employee engagement in 2016, we’ve teamed up with engagement specialists smith+henderson and Engage and Grow to run a new survey to uncover how UK organisations are approaching engagement in 2018.

No matter your company size, job role or industry, we want to hear all about your engagement efforts – the barriers you’re facing, the technology you’re using and the improvements you’re seeing.

What are we focusing on?

As well as examining how far UK businesses have progressed (or regressed) with their engagement strategy, compared with 2016’s results, we will also explore new key areas. These include:

  • New digital products/services that support engagement activities

  • Trends that may impact your business, such as Brexit, productivity levels, automation, diversity and flexible working

  • Whether (and how) your business is tackling the challenge of closing the gender pay gap

  • Whether (and how) your business is addressing the needs of different generations in the workforce
