I am looking for a little advice. I work for hospitality company and we are currently trying to embed our company values and enhance our culture. We have a set of desired behaviours that we put into a document and handed out a few months ago to our management team. Generally, we have put a lot of work into the culture and things are improving. The company has a fairly good culture anyway.
I want to put together a workshop in which we explore these behaviours in more detail (we have a list of 10 desired traits). Does anyone have any thoughts on how to run such a workshop? I wanted to do something like break them into groups and give them a few behaviours each to discuss (and determine how we can embody them in our every day actions) then share as a group. I am now starting to think this feels a little staid. Has anyone run something like this before and willing to share some thoughts? Thanks very much
