Hi can anyone offer advice about retirement. A member of staff has verbally given their intention to retire. I plan to discuss this further with them and ask for it in writing. If they ask to be re employed after retirement, I wonder if I can offer a zero hour contract to give us more flexibility in terms of business needs but I’m not sure what the rules are around this situation.
