Being ‘personally effective’ is learning to do ‘that which produces the desired result.’

What are the habits of effective people?

Being ‘personally effective’ is learning to do ‘that which produces the desired result.’ If you want to be successful then being effective is about consistently doing the things that will bring about the results you are after again and again.

So just what are the habits of  highly effective people which we should all use?

I've noticed that effective people review their own performance a lot. It might not be elaborate however they do analysing their work regularly, establishing what went right; what went wrong and what they could have done differently.
