Firstly, a big thank you to HRZone for selecting my article about global culture change as their blog of the week. If you haven't read it yet, you can do so here.

It would be interesting to hear what you business leaders and HR professionals think about this topic, what you have perhaps whitnessed in your own workplace and reasons you think might be behind the UK's apparent culture change lethargy.

I'm quite lucky to now be working at a company which places culture at the centre of its business, but in the past I think the companies I've worked for have been too bloated, so it's hard to feel very close to a central purpose, or be totally invested in the company.

As a second point - it's nice to see the examples you listed in the blog aren't just confined to media companies and start-ups, as this is often the stereotype when people think of businesses with a strong sense of culture and fun.
