We are about to employ a Brazilian National based in Brazil.  We are a British company and this is the first time we have done this but it may not be our last.  Having identified two providers who could take care of the international payroll activities, they are proving to be very expensive to set up just for one individual.  I am looking for a provider who can take care of the monthly calculations for tax etc and seamlessly make the salary payments in local currency as well as produce pay slips and other reports such as tax reports.

I would also welcome some thoughts on how best to include a pensions element to the overall package; my thoughts are that we will pay a % payment into a nominated Brazilian pension fund each month.  Any comments or thoughts on this would be welcome in addition to any other benefits we should be paying as a matter of course eg health insurance which is not normally part of our UK package but may be more relevant in South America.

This is a fairly urgent request as I would like to get these arrangements agreed this coming week.  Thank you in advance!
