Our management team and MD don’t know what we can do about a construction site manager who bullies, physically threatens and intimidates employees. We know it’s a reflection of his own insecurity but, given that the MD wouldn’t want to lose this guy’s undoubted technical talent, how can we address the problem and protect our vulnerable employees?
