To what extent do employee benefits influence the retention of employees? This is of particular interest to me in a leisure centre context. Any information would really help me. Thank you.

There was quite a good article on this on Hr zone a while back - if you do a quick search you should be able to find it.
In summary I think the conclusion was - benefits do aid retention, as long as the benefits are valued by the individual and customised to the individual.
So one size fits all is not the way to go
