We opened our small Call Centre on Easter Sunday, however I have now been notified of the definitions and restrictions under the Sunday Trading Act and I can’t find any reference to Call Centres, just ‘shops’.
Is anyone aware of the restrictions and the definition of ‘shop space’? In terms of our call centre, it is not more than 3000 sq km, but the rest of the organisation is alot larger.
Can anyone clarify our position?
