I have a part-time employee who works 12 hrs per week. He has decided that he does not like the job, does not want to do the job any more and is openly seeking another job. He is being disruptive and demotivating other team members. He has been with the organisation 4 years and only transfered to my section 3 months ago.

We have a very long winded disciplinary process If I dismiss him does he work enough hours to be supported by the Tribunal Services. Is there a min hours before an employee can lodge a claim, I know there used to be but is there on now?
