72% of HR leaders told Sage in their recent research that the crisis has increased the value and wider understanding of their role across organisations, and 59% of HR leaders said the pandemic has enabled them to become more visible and influential.

The crisis well and truly shifted the world of work in every way, meaning HR and people leaders will need to re-evaluate what productivity means in the new reality, and to redefine what outstanding employee experiences look like.
